Refund/Return Policy

Return Policy:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, send your items back to us within 30 days of your order deliveried date, or we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with original packaging, and all labels attached (If your item had tags when you received it)
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to place the order
  • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first
  • Any product returned that is used, or damaged will be rejected and will not be sent back to the customer
  • Anything accidentally, or incorrectly returned our way (that's not a LKWood item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not LKWood. We'll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately we can't make any promises!

How Can I Make A Return?

  1. Email us at support@lkwoodglobal.com.
  2. Please provide us with your ORDER NUMBER and EMAIL USED TO PLACE THE ORDER.
  3. Tell us which item(s) you are returning and why.
  4. Once approved, we will send you a Shipping Label within 1-2 business days.
  5. Once your Return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email of your return. 

**PLEASE NOTE: the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.”

How Can I Make An Exchange?

Exchange Requirements:


  1. All items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed).
  2. You can only exchange items of equal or less value.
  3. Exchanges can be made for up to 30 days from the date you received your order.

If you need to make an exchange, please email us at support@lkwoodglobal.com within 30 days of your order delivery date.


You must provide:


  1. Your email used to place the order.
  2. Your order number.
  3. Tell us which item(s) you are exchanging and why. Please provide us with the exact item names.
  4. A picture of the item(s) you are exchanging.
  5. Your current shipping address.

Once approved, you will be supplied with a return label.


As soon as we receive your return, it will be inspected and if determined it can be resold; we will issue you a store credit for the cost of the product purchased to place a new order for the correct color or size.


**IMPORTANT NOTICE: you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee on the new order.**


Damaged/Defective Items:

If your order arrived damaged, email us at support@lkwoodglobal.com within 7 days of the order delivery date.


You must provide:


  1. A clear picture of the damaged item(s).
  2. A quick explanation of the damage.

We will happily replace damaged orders free of charge.


**PLEASE NOTE: if the item has been worn, washed, or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced.**
