PO Boxes, APO Boxes & Military Addresses:Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations could take up to 30 days, or more. Due to COVID-19 PO Boxes are subject to similar time frames. COVID-19 International Delays:Orders placed internationally may encounter delays. COVID-19 is nothing to mess around with and we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our workers and customers. Order never arrived:If your order didn't arrive, first check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. After your order enters processing we unfortunately cannot modify the shipping address. If your package was delivered to the incorrect address, we recommend that you get into contact with the home-owners, or place a new order. We do not subsidize incorrect credentials entered by the customer. If you entered the correct address and your package has still not arrived. Please contact us as soon as possible. |
